The Residential Coordinator (R.C.) is a live-in, dorm-parent position giving support to gap year students (ages 17-22) living in on-site apartments. R.C.’s typically work approximately 40 evening and weekend hours per week, and must be in residence overnight whenever students are in residence. The R.C. is a mentor to students, supplementing the work of the full-time program staff, as well as applying disciplinary policies when necessary. The R.C. manages the residence, living in a separate 1 BR apartment, and directly reports to the Assistant Program Director, who oversees Residential Life. Compensation includes housing and utilities for the duration of the appointment as well as a bi-weekly check accounting for the 40 hours per week average worked. Students...
