The Residential Counselor provides direct care to youth in one of YOU, Inc.’s 24-hour/7-day-a-week acute or congregate care settings. To this end, the Residential Counselor works as part of a shift of staff, led by a shift supervisor, all of whom are in a specific client to staff ratio, with the responsibility for creating and maintaining a therapeutic treatment milieu. The Medical Director for the Wetzel Center will oversee the psychiatric functions at YOU, Inc.’sCommunity-Based Acute Treatment (CBAT and ICBAT) program called The Wetzel Center, with the goal of supportingthe rapid and successful transition of the child/adolescent back to the community.To this end, the Medical Director will lead, develop, direct, and providepsychiatrictreatmenttoimprove thebehavioral health of the patients and their families.The Medical Director will provide medical direction and supervision to supportingprofessionals (psychiatric, nursing, and clinical), direct service and clerical staff, and directly supervise the director of nursing and other psychiatric providers at the Wetzel Center.The Medical Director willidentify and develop opportunities for innovation to increase effectiveness and quality in the program.
The Medical Director for the Outpatient Mental Health clinic operated by YOU, Inc. under the clinic name Seven Hills Behavioral Healthis responsible forestablishing all medical policies and protocols and for working with the Administrative and Clinical Director to successfully manage the outpatient clinic system. The Medical Director will also directly provide diagnosis and treatment to individuals seeking behavioral health treatment, and will supervise staff (psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, medical assistant) also providing these services.The medical director must be available to the clinic and satellite sites during the center's operating hours, either onsite or remotely, for consultation and support of clinic operations to ensure the provision of high-quality care. The medical director must be available any hours of clinic operation, as needed.
The Relief Residential Counselor provides direct care to youth in one of YOU, Inc.’s 24-hour/7-day-a-week acute or congregate care settings. To this end, the Relief Residential Counselor is part of a pool of staff that provides intermittent and/or seasonal staffing support as needed. The Relief Residential Counselor works as part of a shift of staff, led by a shift supervisor, all of whom are in a specific client to staff ratio, with the responsibility for creating and maintaining a therapeutic treatment milieu. Relief Residential Counselors are considered “essential employees” when they are on shift and as such may be mandated to work beyond their scheduled shift in order to maintain client - staff ratios and/or be required to report to work if they are scheduled to work during declared states of emergency.

The Milieu Coordinator is a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team that works to improve mental health functioning of youth in residential programs at YOU, Inc. The Milieu Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of a therapeutic milieu that operates safely, efficiently, effectively and in a strengths-based, trauma informed manner. This position requires flexibility, including working regular evening and weekend shifts, as well as being part of an on-call rotation.

The Billing Speicalist is responsible for 3rd party follow-up, for all CBHI/CSA services. The Billing Speicalist will contact 3rd party insurances claims departments to establish status of claims via phone or internet. They will create and re-submit paper/electronic claims as needed; including making the needed adjustments to claims on line, writing appeals and submitting corrected claims. They will run and work scrubber reports, resolving any failed claims. The Billing Speicalist will support the payment posting process in Care Logic, including processing electronic 835 payment files, entering and posting payments manually as needed.

The Summer Overnight Supervisor has many responsibilities including but not limited to: during the work week 7pm-7am supervision responsibility; plan and facilitate group meetings and rec time activities; plan and implement elective class; Facilitate remedial evening help for students; supervise recreation time; ensure residential staff is supported and serve as an extension of administrative staff etc.
