The R.C. manages the residence, living in a separate 1 BR apartment, and directly reports to the Assistant Program Director, who oversees Residential Life.  Compensation includes housing and utilities for the duration of the appointment as well as a bi-weekly check accounting for the 40 hours per week average worked. Students are in residence for 8-10 weeks at a time for a total of 30 weeks of the year (September-May).  Experience in college residential life highly desirable.
