  The Congregate Care Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing and participating in the direct medical care and treatment of clients along with supervision of all nursing staff. The primary responsibility of this position is to support and oversee MAP at all You Inc Congregate Care programs as the MAP Coordinator. The Director of Clinical Operations for congregate care will oversee the clinical operations within YOU, Inc.’s residential services component. To this end, the Director will ensure the successful clinical and milieu operations of one or more EEC-licensed residential facilities. Residential programs operate 24-hour/day, 7-days a week, and as such the Director has responsibility to respond to critical programming needs at any hour. Together with the Director of Residential Operations, The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the clinical, financial, regulatory, personnel, community relations, technological, and facility needs of running the residential program(s).
