Nurse sign-on bonus $5,000 (Paid quarterly over 18 months)    The Program Director/RN collaborates with the Assistant Program Director as a program administrator to supervise nursing staff and direct support professionals while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program. They advocate for the safety and medical needs of assigned program participants while providing effective leadership and guidance.    

Assists the Occupational Therapist in student evaluations. Implements occupational therapy programs as determined by the supervising occupational therapist. Informs the therapist of changes in student status. Assists in the maintenance of a safe and orderly clinic and maintains equipment and machinery as assigned. Participates in educational, research, and quality improvement projects. Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing therapy and student evaluations, and maintaining a safe and orderly clinic.
