Schedule: Alternating weeks:

• • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Nursing Staff – Job Duties

• Coordinate care for students with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, seizures, and life-threatening allergies

• Communicate with staff to ensure students’ health and well-being

• Develop and maintain individualized care plans

• Administer prescribed medications per physician orders and monitor delegated medication administration

• Provide first aid and treatment for minor injuries

• Conduct health assessments and refer to physicians as needed

• Educate and train staff on asthma, allergies, diabetes, infection control, and other health-related topics

Required Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

• Must successfully pass Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex Offender Registry, and Federal Fingerprinting background checks

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
