Schedules are determined by programmatic needs and maintained by assigned Residence and Area

Position Summary:
To advocate for all medical needs of assigned program participants focusing on optimal health for all assigned individuals in the SHNH school and residential setting.
Supervise the coordination of medical services and nursing staff.
The Congregate Care Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing and participating in the direct medical care and treatment of clients along with supervision of all nursing staff. The primary responsibility of this position is to support and oversee MAP at all You Inc Congregate Care programs as the MAP Coordinator. This position is also responsible for monitoring policies, procedures, nursing assessments, nursing consultation, and training/ supervision medication administration for staff.
The Director of Clinical Operations for congregate care will oversee the clinical operations within YOU, Inc.’s residential services component. To this end, the Director will ensure the successful clinical and milieu operations of one or more EEC-licensed residential facilities. Residential programs operate 24-hour/day, 7-days a week, and as such the Director has responsibility to respond to critical programming needs at any hour. Together with the Director of Residential Operations, The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the clinical, financial, regulatory, personnel, community relations, technological, and facility needs of running the residential program(s). The Director will report to the Vice President of Congregate Care and will work in collaboration with the Medical Director, the Senior Director for Quality Management, the Compliance Director, and the Senior Leadership of the agency.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) administers medications and treatments to stable residential school students and completes documentation in accordance with established nursing standards. The MNA is responsible for administering as needed (PRN) medications upon the delegation of an RN or LPN. The MNA is responsible for monitoring and providing for the medical needs of the students in accordance with Medication Administration Records (MAR), Treatment Administration Records (TAR), individual education plans, residential care plans and Health Center policies and procedures.

Stetson School is an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation. We are a residential treatment program for male youth ages 9 years -22 years with trauma related complex behaviors, currently hiring a Nurse Manager to support our Barre, MA campus and the You Inc. Worcester Group Homes.
The Nurse Manager will supervise the Stetson School and You Inc. nursing departments by providing:
- Supervision of nurses and nursing department staff, including oversight for all nursing duties and responsibilities.
- Overall organization and coordination of the nursing department.
- Hiring and supervising the orientation of nurses and other nursing department staff.
- Chairing nursing meetings, and ensuring the recording and distribution of minutes.
- Coordinates orientation to nursing and health care services for all new Stetson School staff.
- Trains all new staff on Universal Precautions, including infection control, hand washing techniques, biomedical hazards, summer health hazards, and epi-pen administration.
- Organizes medication administration training of supervisors, direct care staff, and other designated staff via the Massachusetts MAP program.
- Provide Map trainings for Congregate Care programs as needed.
- Facilitate and assist preparing for annual DCF/MAP audits.
- Weekly audit of all programs using MAP in Congregate Care
- Coordination of psychiatric services.
- Nursing chart audits.
- Liaison between Stetson School and the Barre Family Health Center and other community-based health facilities.
- Consultation on medical complex referrals/ residents.
- Coordinates with psychiatrist and medical director to update yearly standing doctor's orders.
- Liaison with and management of contact and relationships with pharmacies, laboratories, and other adjunct services.
- Writes and updates health care policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Ensures adherence with all policies, protocols, and procedures, for all nursing department staff.
- Completes Nursing department staff evaluations and disciplinary actions, if deemed necessary.
- Scheduling and oversight of after-hours nursing on-call system.
- Communicate procedures for handling insurance and provider information.
- Attends all departmental and agency meetings, student-related meeting and case reviews, and trainings as required.
Schedule:
Full-time 40 hours a week.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Seven Hills Pediatric Center, your role is crucial in supporting the delivery of physical therapy services to medically complex and fragile children under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities involve hands-on assistance in implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance the motor skills and physical well-being of pediatric patients.

Provide direct service to students under the age of 22 as outlined in their IEPs. Provide consultation to the instructors of the adult program.
Facilitate the integration of communication goals with periodic consultation with therapy, nursing, and education staff.
Assist in developing communication goals for students. Develop communication goals for students and provide class instruction and consultation to reach stated goals.
Provide facility staff training when appropriate. Interface with state and federal agencies as required.

· Communicate with staff to ensure the health and well-being of the students.

· Administering prescribed medications per physicians’ orders and monitor delegated medication administration.
· Provide first aid care/treatment for minor injuries
· Health assessments, treating per protocol, or referring to physician for care, as necessary.
· Educate and train staff about asthma, life threatening allergies, diabetes, and infection control.
