Under supervision of the Director of Clinical Services and Assistant Director of Clinical Services, the Behavior Analyst/Clinician will develop and supervise the implementation of behavior support plans, attend meetings, and provide technical assistance with behavioral challenges, and teach replacement skills as needed. The position requires proficiency with the delivery of behavior analytic and/or therapeutic services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities within their natural environments. Must be able to coordinate communication between administrative and clinical staff, the residential program, nursing team, and participating providers/organizations. Maintains compliance with Department of Developmental Services (DDS) regulations, and will support/train staff as needed.

The Early Intervention Service Coordinator II works with and supports family members and other caregivers to enhance the development of infants and toddlers with developmental delays/disabilities through daily routines and learning opportunities. Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team using a coaching approach. Performs service coordination, evaluation and assessment, Individual Family Service Plan development and maintenance.

The Upward Bound Program is designed to assist first-generation college students and/or low-income high school students preparing for the post-secondary opportunities. The progress a student makes is dependent upon the support, attention and help them receives from Upward Bound staff. To ensure progress, your primary responsibility will be to provide academic assistance and encouragement to students assigned to you and to help build a sense of community in the program. Becoming a part of the Upward Bound community involves time, endurance and patience as well as developing a good rapport with students.

The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the clinical practice and case management of a specific service/programmatic area (see list above). To that end the clinical coordinator may act as a liaison between the agency and external entities involved the specific service area. The clinical coordinator will oversee the performance of direct care clinical staff, counseling staff and/or casework staff in that specialty area. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for understanding the clinical specialty area and will ensure that services are delivered in compliance with best practice standards, contracting and regulatory entities’ performance specifications, agency policies, procedures and regulations. If appropriate, the clinical coordinator will ensure that his/her supervisees provide high-quality clinical care in keeping with best practices and that those supervisees attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, productivity, and administrative issues related to providing clinical care. The Clinical Coordinator will also provide direct services to clients at an established productivity proportionate to other responsibilities.

The Behavioral Health (BH) Case Worker: Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC)-I will be responsible for providing care coordination services including service eligibility determination, services plan development, service coordination, resource development, and advocacy within the Community Service Agency (CSA). The Case Worker: ICC-I should attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, caseload expectations, and administrative issues related to providing services that are aligned with the Principles of Wrap-Around Care.
The Behavioral Health (BH) Case Worker: Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) II will be responsible for providing direct Intensive Care Coordination and diagnostic services that are aligned with the Principles of Wrap-Around Care to child and/or adolescent consumers and their families. The Case Worker: ICC-II will ensure that the highest-quality services are provided in compliance with performance specifications, agency policies and procedures, and regulating entities. The Case Worker: ICC-II should provide services in keeping with best practices, evidence-based knowledge, and the ethics of their educational discipline. The Case Worker: ICC-II should attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, caseload expectations, and administrative issues related to providing wrap-around care.

The Behavior Specialist is responsible for the development and daily oversight of behavior education services. This will include the direct training of Direct Support Staff.

First point of entry for consumers, Families and BHDDH referrals through Therap. Develops and monitors fiscal oversight for each person’s budget. Conducts screenings, education, and eligibility requirements for the program approval. Works collaboratively with all stakeholders including BHDDH, consumer, families, plan writers and community service providers to develop a comprehensive budget. Tracks plans through the process of authorization with the state. Collaborates with active families and finance on questions pertaining to their budget. Work with families, state, and plan writers to reallocate plans and PO according to individual needs. Meet with state as needed on reform and revamping of programmatic technical Bulletins. Monitors and tracks all timely submittal for plans through Therap.
