The Relief Residential Counselor provides direct care to youth in one of YOU, Inc.’s 24-hour/7-day-a-week acute or congregate care settings. To this end, the Relief Residential Counselor is part of a pool of staff that provides intermittent and/or seasonal staffing support as needed. The Relief Residential Counselor works as part of a shift of staff, led by a shift supervisor, all of whom are in a specific client to staff ratio, with the responsibility for creating and maintaining a therapeutic treatment milieu. Relief Residential Counselors are considered “essential employees” when they are on shift and as such may be mandated to work beyond their scheduled shift in order to maintain client - staff ratios and/or be required to report to work if they are scheduled to work during declared states of emergency.
The Relief Residential Counselor insures the safety and supervision of youth, cultivates a therapeutic treatment milieu, maintains appropriate boundaries while developing supportive professional relationships with youth, participates in the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, documents client care as required or directed, and if necessary, utilizes agency physical management interventions.
**New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $500 ($250 paid after 6 months, $250 paid after 12 months of continuous employment.)

Summer Aide – Virtual Programming works in the ASPiRE! Remote Services program providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through online-based services. The Summer Aide receives support and guidance from the CBDES Administrative Supervisor to implement individualized programming for adults receiving services virtually. This position assists individuals in creating a meaningful day and improving their quality of life. An important aspect of this position is increasing each individual’s program stability by implementing protocols and routines that increase the individual’s independence and maximum participation while creating meaningful experiences.
Position is based out of Worcester, MA. This is a part-time, temporary position open to current high school and college students for the summer months. Permanent job placement can be considered for candidates interested in continuing employment after the summer months.

This is a direct support position providing individual medical support and education to individuals in assigned program. He /she will comply with the Nurse Practice Act of Massachusetts and operate under

Seven Hills Care Staffing Solutions, Talent Care Float Staff (DSP) are part of a professional support team responsible for assisting Seven Hills Affiliates meet support goals and ratio/contract criteria. The Direct Support Professional will provide direct support to persons’ served including providing assistance in personal care activities at assigned locations/programs. Must be willing to commute up to 45 miles.
Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
The Assistive Technology (AT) Specialist provides comprehensive assistive technology services, including screening, assessment, intervention, training, and outcomes measurement for persons served across affiliates of the Seven Hills Foundation. Provides and coordinates access to adapted and assistive technology to help build the independence and quality of life for people with disabilities, including people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), acquired brain injury (ABI), behavioral health, and/or medically intensive needs. Integrates the development, training, and implementation of the technology across selected Seven Hills Foundation points of care. Works in conjunction with Seven Hills Corporate College and the AT Program Director to develop on-site and virtual professional development opportunities for Seven Hills staff.
The AT Specialist is provided with a laptop, cell phone and email to perform job duties. Travel is required.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading a shift of residential counselor staff in one of YOU, Inc.’s 24-hour/7-day-a-week acute or congregate care settings. To this end, the Shift Supervisor works in ratio as part of a team of staff, with the responsibility for creating, monitoring, and maintaining a therapeutic treatment milieu. Shift Supervisors are considered “essential employees” and as such may be mandated to work beyond their scheduled shifts in order to maintain client to staff ratios and/or be required to report to work during declared states of emergency.
The Shift Supervisor insures the safety and supervision of staff and youth in the program, cultivates a therapeutic treatment milieu, maintains daily programming schedule, cultivates a professional team of staff, maintains appropriate boundaries while developing supportive professional relationships with both staff and youth, participates in the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, documents client care, and if necessary, utilizes agency physical management interventions.
Schedule: Sunday 8am - 11pm, Monday - Wednesday 3pm - 11pm (40 Hours)
