Seven Hills is the premier provider of Shared Living services in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Shared Living is a model of care that allows adults with disabilities to choose to receive the support they need by joining a companion and becoming part of their home life.
Seven Hills is a CARF Accredited provider of Shared Living, recognized for the quality of community caregivers that are recruited through Seven Hills. Our case managers and nurses make compatible matches, and then offer the support needed to provide the best care. Our caregivers are people who have opened their homes and lives to fully include adults with disabilities and want to support their independence and self-determination.
Caregivers receive a daily tax-free stipend depending on the level of care, plus room and board. Caregivers typically enjoy the flexibility of also working outside the home. Seven Hills provides ongoing case management, nursing, respite or other supports as needed.

A part of Senior Corps, and a program of Family Services of Central MA, RSVP is America’s largest volunteer network for people 55 and over, with more than 300,000 volunteers tackling tough issues in communities nationwide. You choose how and where you want to serve, how much time you want to give and whether you want to share skills you have or develop new ones. Funding for liability insurance, mileage reimbursement and extra auto coverage is available to all RSVP Volunteers of Central MA.

New Hire Sign-on Bonus: $3,000.00 plus $250 bonus for MAP Certified
New pay rate: $17.50 per hour
Support Advocate is a direct support professional (DSP) position at Seven Hills Foundation. They act as a caregiver for a wide range of individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability, or an acquired brain injury (ABI or TBI). Customer service skills, administrative skills, and compassion for others are all traits of a Support Advocate. Seven Hills has opportunities for direct care providers with many years of experience, as well as for college students, stay-at-home moms and dads, paraprofessionals, or teachers looking for a new career opportunity. Part-time jobs offer flexible schedules in the healthcare industry. Seven Hills Family Services is offering a $500.00 New Hire Sign-on Bonus!
To assist in the coordination of all Family Services within the assigned area in cooperation with team members, families, DDS personnel and consumers. The purpose of this position is to increase the capacity of a family to remain intact while reducing the need for residential services for people with disabilities. This position is also responsible for creating Family Support Plans that identify the areas necessary for an individual to reach their personal best. Home visits and maintaining regular and ongoing contact with the families/individuals is critical. This position will work on achieving two goals: Positive and meaningful social circle and positive and meaningful work.

Community Liaison/Special Projects Coordinator will contribute planning, organizational skills, and assessment to assist in the fulfillment of workplan goals of the Corporation for National and Community Service grant; ensure compliance with all aspects of Healthy Futures Focus Area.
A licensed practical nurse bears full responsibility for the quality of health care he/she provides to the residents at Seven Hills at Groton. A licensed practical nurse may delegate nursing activities to assigned health care personnel. The delegating licensed practical nurse shall bear
full responsibility for making an appropriate assignment, adequately teaching, directing and supervising the delegate(s), as well as the outcome of that delegation; all within the parameters of his/her generic and continuing education and experience. Provides quality care to children and young
adults in accordance of the Nurse Practice Act of Massachusetts
