The Postdoctoral Clinician will be responsible for providing psychological testing and direct clinical care to children, adolescents and their families, as appropriate to the program in which the postdoctoral clinician works. The postdoctoral clinician will ensure that the highest-quality services are provided in compliance with performance specifications, agency policies and procedures, and regulating entities. Postdoctoral Clinicians should provide services in keeping with best practices, evidence-based knowledge, and the ethics of their educational discipline. The postdoctoral clinician should attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, productivity, and administrative issues related to providing clinical care.
The Assistant Residential Director is responsible for providing supervision to treatment team staff including direct supervision of management staff and oversight of supervision for direct care staff. S/he evaluates, coordinates, and directs the treatment milieu and services provided to students. S/he ensures that regulatory standards are met and that policies and procedures are operationalized. S/he funcations as an integral member of the Administrative Team.

The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for overseeing outreach, care coordination and RN processes in their respective region. The Clinical Care Manager will supervise Care Coordinators in providing coordinated care management services as an integrated member of the care management team to a diverse population with LTSS needs. The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for providing final review and approval of the Enrollee’s Comprehensive Assessment and Care Plan. The Clinical Care Manager maintains ongoing collaboration with the care team for review and approval of workflows and processes.
