Seven Hills New Hampshire seeks a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Development professional to join our high-performing team in achieving the successful securing of major gifts, and private, corporate, state, and federal grants in collaboration with the Seven Hills Foundation Office of Advancement. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Development, and the Vice President of Advancement, the Director of Development is an integral member of the Seven Hills Advancement team in our efforts to secure and grow philanthropic support for Seven Hills New Hampshire, specifically, Crotched Mountain School and Crotched Mountain Village. The Director of Development will identify, solicit and cultivate relationships with current and prospective annual and major donors. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-touch, long-term relationships and demonstrated success in cultivating and closing major and planned gifts. We seek a warm, enthusiastic, collaborative professional who can manage multiple tasks and projects and is highly motivated to make a difference in the lives of children and adults with disabilities and significant life challenges.
Seven Hills New Hampshire is an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, one of the largest and most well-regarded health and human services agencies in New England. Crotched Mountain School in Greenfield, New Hampshire became part of our network of services on November 18, 2023. A capital campaign is underway to secure funding to bring the campus of 125 acres and 32 buildings back to its nationally renowned reputation as a vibrant center for education and care.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation that time will be spent both on–campus and meeting with donors and potential funders.

Job Title: Mental Health ClinicianReports To: SHNH Clinical DirectorAffiliate: Seven Hills New HampshirePosition Supervised: N/A Position Summary:Under supervision of the SHNH Clinical Director, the Mental Health Clinician assesses, designs, implements, and evaluates the implementation of therapeutic interventions designed to prevent/respond to challenging behavior and to teach meaningful skills to children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities and their caregivers. The Mental Health Clinician is a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with families, program staff, and other key stakeholders to improve outcomes and to promote wraparound care. The Mental Health Clinician serves as a clinical consultant to a caseload of children across settings, providing staff professional training as part of their program consultation. Maintains compliance with applicable regulations and policies and engages in ongoing professional development and systems improvement in effort to support systems-wide interventions as well as direct/indirect interventions for children.The Mental Health Clinician is provided with a laptop, cell phone and email to perform job duties. Travel may be required.

As a Paraprofessional with The Crotched Mountain School, you will work independently with a school-age student, or as part of a team to assist students, with behavior management within a structured school environment. Our Paraprofessionals work to assist students who are on the Autism Spectrum. To best promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth, Paraprofessionals are responsible for providing necessary academic accommodations as outlined in the students’ IEP and continuously working with students to meet specific academic and behavior related goals.

The RecreationalTherapistplans, directs, and coordinates recreational programs for people with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities served through Seven Hills New Hampshire. The primary role of the Recreation Therapist is to provide recreation therapy both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. The Recreation Therapist supports all programming efforts.
The Recreational Therapist will create a safe/therapeutic environment, conduct assessments, and design/implement interventions and programs designed to enhance recreational interests, engagement, and well-being (e.g., physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual functioning).Works with a large multidisciplinary team to coordinate and individualize recreational activities and integrate activities/programs into other services and supports.
