The My Choice program of Seven Hills Rhode Island is an authorized fiscal intermediary program of the RI Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals. The program allows for people with disabilities and their families to self-direct and control their supports, services, and lives. The intent of the model is to assist each person to develop and maintain their independence in a person-centered plan. My-Choice is built to fulfill the core values of Self-Determination: Freedom – Authority – Support – Responsibility – Confirmation.   The FI Account Manager is responsible for onboarding new clients for the My Choice program and managing the participants'  account and budget information.  This is a part time, 20 hour per week position with a flexible schedule

Family Services of Central Massachusetts (FSCM), a Seven Hills Foundation affiliate, is seeking a part-time, up to 10hr/wk non-exempt Court Coordinator to assist the Mediation Department with court coverage and other duties as assigned. The Court Coordinator will conduct initial mediation screenings in court sessions on Zoom, create/track Agreement to Participate using Docusign, schedule/manage mediations in real time, mentor mediators and/or mediate on Zoom providing virtual case management support to the Mediation Program. The Trial Courts anticipate virtual sessions will continue throughout 2021. This position will revert to in-person with potential for increased hours when the courts re-open and all our courts engage mediation. We will remain committed to maintaining a cloud based, virtual filing system. Applicants must pass a virtual knowledge test prior to hiring.

A collaboration FSCM/CCC as and local summer camps with funding from the United Way of Central Mass.to work in Worcester area programs to improve  literacy supports and present a quality learning experience for children attending  summer programs.    The position is for a literacy assistant to work with under the supervision of a Literacy Specialist with children at the elementary school level (Grades K – 6).  Each position is starting hourly rate of $20 per hour, for part-time hours for 8-9 weeks during the summer plus additional planning and meeting times in the summer and early fall.      Work begins July to mid-August for up to 10 hours per week per site, and a few additional hours to attend training and planning meetings.

This position will coordinate housing mediation casework referred both pre-court and court connected based on referrals from and liaison with housing agencies and the courts, including management of volunteer mediators, administrative tasks such as developing partnerships, case management, paperwork review and data collection for the purposes of evaluation. The Housing Mediation Program Case Coordinator is responsible for working in partnership with other community mediation centers across the state to provide services for the Housing Mediation Program under the overall supervision of the Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration (MOPC). The goal of the Program is to mitigate the harmful economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and prevent homelessness by keeping tenants stably housed and landlords from mortgage and tax delinquencies and foreclosures through the provision of mediation services by coordinated with government-sponsored housing education and resource programs and local courts.
