The BCBA is a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with families, program staff, and other key stakeholders to improve outcomes and to promote wraparound care. The BCBA serves as a clinical consultant to a caseload of children across settings, providing staff professional training as part of their program consultation.
