$65,000 Annually   The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the clinical practice and case management of a specific service/programmatic area (see list above). To that end the clinical coordinator may act as a liaison between the agency and external entities involved the specific service area. The clinical coordinator will oversee the performance of direct care clinical staff, counseling staff and/or casework staff in that specialty area. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for understanding the clinical specialty area and will ensure that services are delivered in compliance with best practice standards, contracting and regulatory entities’ performance specifications, agency policies, procedures and regulations. If appropriate, the clinical coordinator will ensure that his/her supervisees provide high-quality clinical care in keeping with best practices and that those supervisees attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, productivity, and administrative issues related to providing clinical care. The Clinical Coordinator will also provide direct services to clients at an established productivity proportionate to other responsibilities.

This position is the literacy coach at the elementary school level. Position is at an hourly rate, for part-time hours for 8-9 weeks during the summer plus additional planning and meeting times in the spring and early fall.

The Director of Clinical Operations for congregate care will oversee the clinical operations within YOU, Inc.’s residential services component. To this end, the Director will ensure the successful clinical and milieu operations of one or more EEC-licensed residential facilities. Residential programs operate 24-hour/day, 7-days a week, and as such the Director has responsibility to respond to critical programming needs at any hour. Together with the Director of Residential Operations, The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the clinical, financial, regulatory, personnel, community relations, technological, and facility needs of running the residential program(s). The Director will report to the Vice President of Congregate Care and will work in collaboration with the Medical Director, the Senior Director for Quality Management, the Compliance Director, and the Senior Leadership of the agency.

$19/hr $2500 Sign-on Bonus   The Residential Counselor provides direct care to youth in one of YOU, Inc.’s 24-hour/7-day-a-week acute or congregate care settings. To this end, the Residential Counselor works as part of a shift of staff, led by a shift supervisor, all of whom are in a specific client to staff ratio, with the responsibility for creating and maintaining a therapeutic treatment milieu. Residential Counselors are considered “essential employees” and as such may be mandated to work beyond their scheduled shifts in order to maintain client to staff ratios and/or be required to report to work during declared states of emergency. The Residential Counselor insures the safety and supervision of youth, cultivates a therapeutic treatment milieu, maintains appropriate boundaries while developing supportive professional relationships with youth, participates in the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, documents client care as required or directed, and if necessary, utilizes agency physical management interventions.

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus     The Crotched Mountain School, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is hiring a BCBA to support the Educational and Residential Departments.    Under supervision of the SHNH Clinical Director, the Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) assesses, designs, implements, and evaluates the implementation of behavior analytic interventions designed to prevent/respond to challenging behavior and to teach meaningful skills to children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities and their caregivers. The BCBA is a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with families, program staff, and other key stakeholders to improve outcomes and to promote wraparound care. The BCBA serves as a clinical consultant to a caseload of children across settings, providing staff professional training as part of their program consultation. Maintains compliance with applicable regulations and policies and engages in ongoing professional development and systems improvement in effort to support systems-wide interventions as well as direct/indirect interventions for children.    The BCBA is provided with a laptop, cell phone and email to perform job duties.
