This is a direct service position providing individual medical support and education to individuals in assigned programs.
To advocate for all medical needs of assigned program participants focusing on optimal health for all individuals.
Hours assigned by supervisor; on call responsibilities.
The primary objective of the Residence Director is to ensure responsive, effective residential supports to individuals with disabilities and to lead the staff team in creating an atmosphere that places individual respect, dignity and empowerment above all else. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned residence with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of program services offered.
The Program Director for a state contracted service (DCF) will oversee the operations and management of that service area in accordance with the contract specifications. The senior director will ensure that the program operates in such a way that it meets clinical, programmatic, staff, and fiscal objectives.

This position is the literacy coach at the elementary school level. Position is at an hourly rate, for part-time hours for 8-9 weeks during the summer plus additional planning and meeting times in the spring and early fall.

The Residential Coordinator (R.C.) is a live-in, dorm-parent position giving support to gap year students (ages 17-22) living in on-site apartments. R.C.’s typically work approximately 40 evening and weekend hours per week, and must be in residence overnight whenever students are in residence. The R.C. is a mentor to students, supplementing the work of the full-time program staff, as well as applying disciplinary policies when necessary.
