This Assistant Residential Director is responsible for providing day-to-day services to program participants. In addition to providing direct care, this position facilitates the on-site training and supervision of staff, manages participants funds, and operational and staffing budgets. They provide assistance to appropriately plan and schedule staff and ensures that the participants social activities and community integration is meaningful and well planned. The Assistant Residential Director promotes compliance with medication management, day program, and community activities, using agency vehicle or personal vehicle as needed.
