Up to $1,000 New Hire Sign-On Bonus
Rate of pay: $23.00 per hour
Monitors and assists the child and family in programmatic interventions including but not limited to gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other developmental/therapeutic services. Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team serving infants and toddlers.

The Early Intervention Service Coordinator II works with and supports family members and other caregivers to enhance the development of infants and toddlers with developmental delays/disabilities through daily routines and learning opportunities. Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team using a coaching approach. Performs service coordination, evaluation and assessment, Individual Family Service Plan development and maintenance.
$26 per hour
$2,500 sign-on bonus
The Behavior Specialist is responsible for the development and daily oversight of behavior education services. This will include the direct training of Direct Support Staff.

This position is responsible for processing and monitoring all intakes for the self-directed program through BHDDH funded services. First point of entry for consumers, Families and BHDDH referrals through Therap. Develops and monitors fiscal oversight for each person’s budget. Conducts screenings, education, and eligibility requirements for the program approval. Works collaboratively with all stakeholders including BHDDH, consumer, families, plan writers and community service providers to develop a comprehensive budget. Tracks plans through the process of authorization with the state. Collaborates with active families and finance on questions pertaining to their budget. Work with families, state, and plan writers to reallocate plans and PO according to individual needs. Meet with state as needed on reform and revamping of programmatic technical Bulletins. Monitors and tracks all timely submittal for plans through Therap.
