Under supervision of the SHNH Clinical Director, the Speech-Language Pathologist provide assessment and treatment of elementary- and/or secondary school-aged children with developmental or acquired disorders, including neurological, physical, psychiatric, and/or multiple disabilities. The Speech-Language Pathologist is a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with families, program staff, and other key stakeholders to improve outcomes and to promote wraparound care. The Speech-Language Pathologist serves as a clinical consultant to a caseload of children across settings, providing staff professional training as part of their program consultation. Maintains compliance with applicable regulations and policies and engages in ongoing professional development and systems improvement in effort to support systems-wide interventions as well as direct/indirect interventions for children. The Speech-Language Pathologist is provided with a laptop, cell phone and email to perform job duties. Travel may be required.
