Under supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Behavioral Technician will support the implementation of behavior support plans, collect data, and assist with conducting assessments (e.g., preference assessments), and attend meetings as needed. Maintains compliance with Department of Developmental Services (DDS) regulations and SHF/SHCS policies and procedures.

Clinicians should provide services in keeping with best practices, evidence-based knowledge, and the ethics of their educational discipline. The clinician should attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, productivity, and administrative issues related to providing clinical care.

Stetson School takes pride in assessing and understanding complex trauma, problem sexual and other high-risk behavior. Our assessment and clinical formulations interfaces and informs treatment and how it impacts youth, families and communities.
The clinician is a member of a multidisciplinary team providing direct treatment and treatment oversight for youth in our care ages 9 to 22. The clinician provides treatment interventions to youth and family through individual and family modalities.

Clinicians should provide services in keeping with best practices, evidence-based knowledge, and the ethics of their educational discipline. The clinician should attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, productivity, and administrative issues related to providing clinical care. The Oxford House program is a 24/7 staffed 1:3, Intensive Treatment Residence servicing adolescent males ages 12-18.
Provides adoption services which may include MAPP training, home studies and child adoption assessments, adoption histories and birth searches. May also provide case management and engage in special projects.
