$26 per hour $1,000 sign-on bonus   This Assistant Residential Director/RBT is responsible for providing day-to-day services to program participants. In addition to providing direct care, this position facilitates the on-site training and supervision of staff, manages participants funds, and operational and staffing budgets. They provide assistance to appropriately plan and schedule staff and ensures that the participants social activities and community integration is meaningful and well planned. The Assistant Residential Director/RBT promotes compliance with medication management, day program, and community activities, using agency vehicle or personal vehicle as needed. This position works within a multidisciplinary team following all support plans, including behavior plans and is responsible for accurate documentation.  The Assistant Residential Director/RBT provides leadership in the absence of the Residential Director.

Ensures complete and accurate data entry for the Human Resources and Training Department. Assist with the new hire orientation, including but not limited to, assisting new hires with the completion of required paperwork and enrollment forms and explaining benefits information. Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork and system set up for all new hires. Enter data into HRIS for new hires, terminations and employee changes (i.e., change of address, benefits, pay and position changes) and coordinate changes with affected departments and benefits providers as necessary, including but not limited to the Corporate College and Training Department.
