You, Inc is looking to add an Embedded Milieu Clinician to the Worcester Youth Center!   The primary role of the Embedded Milieu Clinician is to work closely with the Worcester Youth Center staff to ensure that youth are receiving and/or connected to services which align with their identified needs, strengths and assessed level of risk.  The Embedded Milieu Clinician shall be cognizant of each youth’s assessed level of risk and shall work with the casework team to develop and support the most effective approach to service coordination commensurate with each youth’s service need areas all while accounting for and providing opportunities to support each youth’s strengths.  The Embedded Milieu Clinician will support the Worcester Youth Center’s staff by providing trauma informed training to staff, psycho-social and psycho-educational groups, therapeutic avenues for artistic expression, and therapeutic recreational activities to support the individualized needs of program participants.
