An important aspect of this position is increasing each individual’s program stability by implementing protocols and routines that increase the individual’s independence and maximum participation while creating meaningful experiences.   This position is completed primarily from the Worcester, MA office with possibility of some work from home days depending on the needs of the program.   The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the duties and responsibilities that will be required of the position, but additional responsibilities ma be required. The R.C. manages the residence, living in a separate 1 BR apartment, and directly reports to the Assistant Program Director, who oversees Residential Life.  Compensation includes housing and utilities for the duration of the appointment as well as a bi-weekly check accounting for the 40 hours per week average worked. Students are in residence for 8-10 weeks at a time for a total of 30 weeks of the year (September-May).  Experience in college residential life highly desirable.
