Virtual Programming Facilitator works in the ASPiRE! Remote Services program providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through online-based services. The Virtual Programming Facilitator receives support and guidance from the CBDES Administrative Supervisor to implement individualized programs and plans for adults receiving services virtually, within their home, and in the community. This position assists individuals in creating a meaningful day and improving their quality of life. An important aspect of this position is increasing each individual’s program stability by implementing protocols and routines that increase the individual’s independence and maximum participation while creating meaningful experiences.
This position is completed primarily from the Worcester, MA office with possibility of some work from home days depending on the needs of the program.
The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the duties and responsibilities that will be required of the position, but additional responsibilities ma be required. Employees are expected to perform job related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.
General Maintenance and servicing operation throughout the facility to include but not limited to: plumbing, electric work, painting, carpentry, boiler maintenance, snow removal, ground, preventive maintenance and similar functions, including On-Call responsibility. YOU, Inc is seeking a talented Clinician to join our team at the Village STARR program in Worcester, MA!The clinician will be responsible for providing short-term individual, family, and group therapy to support youth in stabilizing so that they can safely return to their community setting or next placement. At times, the clinician may need to be in ratio to provide clinical support to the residential counselors and to support the needs and safety of the program.
The clinician is responsible for contributing to the successful operation of the acute-care therapeutic milieu that operates safely, efficiently, effectively and in a strengths-based, solution-focused, trauma informed manner. The R.C. is a mentor to students, supplementing the work of the full-time program staff, as well as applying disciplinary policies when necessary. The R.C. manages the residence, living in a separate 1 BR apartment, and directly reports to the Assistant Program Director, who oversees Residential Life. Compensation includes housing and utilities for the duration of the appointment as well as a bi-weekly check accounting for the 40 hours per week average worked. Students are in residence for 8-10 weeks at a time for a total of 30 weeks of the year (September-May). Experience in college residential life highly desirable. The Behavioral Health (BH) Childcare Supervision Worker will be responsible for providing temporary childcare for toddlers and children while their parents and/or guardians attend group/event at or associated with the Family Resource Center or other YOU, Inc. program event.
The Area Director bears responsibility for the oversight, supervision, and quality supports provided at their assigned residential programs and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the programs, including the implementation of each participant’s Individual Support Plan.
Hours as assigned by Vice President (AVP) and program needs, including on–call responsibilities. The Area Director is provided with a laptop, cell phone and email to perform job duties.
Under the supervision of the Chief Learning Officer (CLO), the Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for the delivery of educational services, supervising and coordinating orientation activities (basic and mandatory), and enrichment exercises as well as the development of any symposia or educational opportunities.The goals for this position are the establishment and enrichment of skilled staff of the Seven Hills Foundation and its subsidiaries.
