Payrate: $40.00/hr $5,000 Sign on Bonus (paid quarterly over 18 months)

With the Residence Director provide supervision of direct care staff and consumer services at assigned programs. This is a direct service position responsible for the provision of Residential Respite Care Services to program participants. To serve as a Team Member to Seven Hills Family Services, Inc.
Pay Rate $29.15 or $30.15 and hour with MAP certification.
The primary objective of the Residence Director is to ensure responsive, effective residential supports to individuals with disabilities and to lead the staff team in creating an atmosphere that places individual respect, dignity and empowerment above all else. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned residence with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of program services offered.

The Residential Counselor provides direct care to youth in one of YOU, Inc.’s 24-hour/7-day-a-week acute or congregate care settings. To this end, the Residential Counselor works as part of a shift of staff, led by a shift supervisor, all of whom are in a specific client to staff ratio, with the responsibility for creating and maintaining a therapeutic treatment milieu. The Residence Director bears responsibility for the quality of residential supports provided at the program and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the program itself, including the implementation of each participant’s Individual Support Plan.
