The Behavioral Health (BH) Program Supervisor: Senior Intensive Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing supervision and coaching of ICC staff. The Program Supervisor: Senior Intensive Care Coordinator also provides direct care coordination services, holding fidelity to the wrap-around model, in accordance with a Family Partner, Outpatient or In-Home Therapist, including service eligibility determination, services plan development, service coordination, resource development, provide education, support, coaching, training and advocacy within the Community Service Agency (CSA). The Program Supervisor: Senior Intensive Care Coordinator should attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, caseload expectations, and administrative issues related to providing services that are aligned with the Principles of Wrap-Around Care.

  Up to $2,500 New Hire Sign-On Bonus Pay:  Min $62,400.00/Yr - Max $68,640.00/Yr     The Early Intervention Service Coordinator II works with and supports family members and other caregivers to enhance the development of infants and toddlers with developmental delays/disabilities through daily routines and learning opportunities. Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team using a coaching approach.  Performs service coordination, evaluation and assessment, Individual Family Service Plan development and maintenance.  

$30/hr!   Participating in any program that serves youth is a serious responsibility.  You have the opportunity to create positive change in the lives of Upward Bound students as well as in your own.  The Upward Bound Program is designed to assist first-generation college students and/or low-income high school students preparing for the post-secondary opportunities.  The progress a student makes is dependent upon the support, attention and help them receives from Upward Bound staff.  To ensure progress, your primary responsibility will be to provide academic assistance and encouragement to students assigned to you and to help build a sense of community in the program.  Becoming a part of the Upward Bound community involves time, endurance and patience as well as developing a good rapport with students. 

***Specialty in ASD preferred***   The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the clinical practice and case management of a specific service/programmatic area (see list above). To that end the clinical coordinator may act as a liaison between the agency and external entities involved the specific service area. The clinical coordinator will oversee the performance of direct care clinical staff, counseling staff and/or casework staff in that specialty area. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for understanding the clinical specialty area and will ensure that services are delivered in compliance with best practice standards, contracting and regulatory entities’ performance specifications, agency policies, procedures and regulations. If appropriate, the clinical coordinator will ensure that his/her supervisees provide high-quality clinical care in keeping with best practices and that those supervisees attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, productivity, and administrative issues related to providing clinical care. The Clinical Coordinator will also provide direct services to clients at an established productivity proportionate to other responsibilities.
