The Program Director for a state contracted service (DCF) will oversee the operations and management of that service area in accordance with the contract specifications. The senior director will ensure that the program operates in such a way that it meets clinical, programmatic, staff, and fiscal objectives.
Nurse sign-on bonus: $5,000 (Paid quarterly over 18 months)
Collaborates with the Program Director/RN to oversee the supervision of direct care staff and services at the program location. The Assistant Program Director supports in the clinical and administrative management to ensure the quality of clinical services program clients.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the assigned residence and for the creation, implementation and on-going follow-up related to the Individualized Service Plan (ISP), Purchase Order (PO), and other annual planning tools for each resident receiving service. This process includes utilizing person-centered approach to engage individuals and their support circles to develop plans that accurately reflects and meets their needs; creating and submitting plans in compliance with related regulations; appropriately engaging stakeholders to promote the provision of Supports as defined in the ISP, monitoring the delivery of services, and serving as an advocate to the individuals. These operations include ensuring staff are well trained; proper management of resident finances; medications, appointments, personal needs etc.; and maintenance of programmatic budgets.

The Residence Director bears responsibility for the quality of residential supports provided at the program and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the program itself, including the implementation of each participant’s Individual Support Plan.
Hours as assigned by Area Director and program needs, including on–call/coverage responsibilities as needed, including weekends and holidays. The Residence Director is provided with a laptop, cell phone and email to perform job duties.
$2,000 for full-time or$1,000 for part-time plus $250 for MAP certified staff in all regions -- Pd 50% 6mo & 50% 12mo

In addition to providing direct care, this position facilitates the on-site training and supervision of staff, manages participants funds, and operational and staffing budgets. They provide assistance to appropriately plan and schedule staff and ensures that the participants social activities and community integration is meaningful and well planned. The Assistant Residential Director/RBT promotes compliance with medication management, day program, and community activities, using agency vehicle or personal vehicle as needed. This position works within a multidisciplinary team following all support plans, including behavior plans and is responsible for accurate documentation. The Assistant Residential Director/RBT provides leadership in the absence of the Residential Director.
