Pay: $20.00/hr

• Perform essential groundskeeping tasks: snow removal, mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and sweeping.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.

• Monitor and report unsafe conditions promptly.

• Support road and grounds maintenance efforts across the facility.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and MSDS guidelines for materials and equipment.

• Attend mandatory training and participate in other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.

• Experience: At least one year of lawn care and road maintenance experience preferred.

• License: Standard driver’s license (Class C or D) required.

• Skills: Strong communication abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.

• Perform physically demanding tasks in varying environmental conditions.

• Capability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
