The Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. This role includes data entry, secretarial, and reception responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication across the team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete and ensure that all data is entered into appropriate computer software systems in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and maintain conference room calendars
  • Assist other departments as requested and approved by the office manager
  • Complete general data entry and maintain organized file systems.

  • Order and monitor office supplies.

  • Respond to client information requests appropriately.

  • Direct calls, take messages, greet visitors, and provide receptionist support.

  • Assist with secretarial duties and mail distribution.

  • Monitor safety and maintenance needs of the office and report concerns.

  • Oversee the use and operation of office equipment.

  • Support staff as needed.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma and 2 years of related administrative experience or equivalent combination.

  • Advanced computer skills and typing proficiency.

  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to exercise tact, respect, and good judgment in interactions with staff, clients, and visitors.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.

  • Physical ability to perform essential functions, including sitting for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, and occasional office mobility tasks.
