Seven Hills Behavioral Health, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation

 

Seven Hills Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinician – Family Stabilization to provide therapeutic services to youth and families through our Support and Stabilization Program, in partnership with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This role is vital in helping families in crisis remain safely together by delivering evidence-based therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.

 

Pay: $70,000/year. Plus $5,000 for bilingual capabilities or independent licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices (e.g., MI, BSFT, Family Systems Therapy)
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies
  • Coordinate care with DCF, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies
  • Assist families in navigating the DCF system and accessing resources
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
  • Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and professional development
  • Support quality assurance and compliance efforts as needed

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field (required)
  • Experience: 1–3 years of related experience; experience with at-risk youth and families preferred
  • License: License-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Driver’s License: Standard Class C or D license required

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong documentation, communication, and counseling skills
  • Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing and crisis management
  • Cultural competence and understanding of child welfare systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
