Pay Range: $130 - $133 per hour

In this role, you’ll provide evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and consultation services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support youth with diverse mental health needs—including access to urgent and integrated care services.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Psychiatric Evaluation & Treatment

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and transition-age youth.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide ongoing medication management, monitoring effectiveness, side effects, and adherence.

Collaborative Care

  • Work closely with therapists, nurses, care coordinators, peer specialists, and primary care providers.
  • Participate in team-based treatment planning and case reviews.
  • Provide clinical consultation to staff for diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations.

Urgent & Integrated Services

  • Participate in urgent behavioral health services, including same-day assessments and consultations.
  • Support integrated care efforts across clinical and community settings.

Documentation & Quality Improvement

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case conferences, and trainings.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) required
  • Board Certified Psychiatrist
  • DEA Registration
  • 3–5 years of related experience, preferably in outpatient or community mental health
  • Valid driver’s license (Class C or D)
