Responsibilities

As a housekeeper at Crotched Mountain School, you will:
  • Bring spaces to life by cleaning and organizing assigned areas to a high standard of excellence
  • Keep classrooms, common areas, and living spaces hygienic, orderly, and welcoming
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitary, and well-stocked
  • Handle trash removal to keep the environment safe and clutter-free
  • Help transform spaces by setting up and breaking down for events, meetings, and workshops
  • Keep entryways clean and safe, including snow removal near entrances
  • Safely use cleaning products and materials following MSDS guidelines
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and the school community
  • Have a strong eye for detail and pride in your work
  • Demonstrate reliability, compassion, and a team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of housekeeping experience
  • Ability to read, understand, and safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
