Pay:  $104,000 annually

Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking a dynamic Nursing Director to lead clinical operations across our Adult Services programs. What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to RNs, LPNs, and the Healthcare Coordinator

• Ensure high-quality, compliant, and person-centered nursing care across programs

• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QA/QI) initiatives

• Oversee medication administration practices and specialized clinical procedures

• Partner with program leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals

• Manage nursing operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management

• Mentor and develop nursing staff, building a strong, accountable, and engaged team

• Participate in the on-call rotation to support 24/7 clinical coverage

What You Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• BSN required (MSN preferred)

• 5+ years of nursing experience, including leadership of clinical teams
