Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and food service following daily menus and dietary guidelines.
  • Prepare trays and ensure special diets are accurate and properly served.
  • Deliver and collect food carts from resident areas.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and equipment—and prep for the next meal service.
  • Monitor and record dishwashing machine temperatures.
  • Stock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute snacks and nourishments.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including floors, storage areas, and refrigeration units.
  • Take out trash and maintain sanitation standards throughout your shift.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
  • Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
