Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
  • Ensure safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Support residents with physical activities, such as ROM exercises and mobility assistance.
  • Accurately document care provided and observations.
  • Participate in training, quality improvement, and team collaboration.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.

  • Commitment to ongoing education and training (12 hours of continuing education annually).
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting and assisting residents.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certification: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
