Rep Payee Associate – Individual Supports

 

Pay rate range:  $24.00 to $26.00 per hour

Join Seven Hills Foundation as a Rep Payee Associate and play a key role in helping individuals manage their Social Security and SSI benefits with dignity, structure, and financial stability.

Position Summary

The Rep Payee Associate manages benefit payments for individuals supported by Seven Hills subsidiaries and partner provider agencies. This role operates with a high degree of independence and collaborates closely with the CFO and Area Director of Individual Supports.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with individuals and, when appropriate, families to develop budgets and manage disbursements

  • Support clients in understanding and following their financial plans with a recovery-oriented approach

  • Monitor expenditures, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare required reports

  • Work directly with the Social Security Administration, including representative payee reports and benefit re-determinations

  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time

  • Maintain professional communication standards, returning correspondence within 24 hours

  • Participate in required trainings and meetings

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in a related field  or High School diploma with 5+ years of related experience required.

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting people with disabilities

  • Strong organizational and telephone communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formula building and spreadsheet management

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software

  • Professional judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently
