Clinical Supervisor at Seven Hills Rhode Island (SHRI)

Pay: $37.00-$39.00

Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking an experienced and licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for Home-Based Therapeutic Support (HBTS/HBS) and Personal Assistant Services and Supports (PASS) programs. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting children with specialized needs while guiding and developing a team of professionals delivering community-based services.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical services, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and effective care for children and families. This position provides individual and group supervision, develops and monitors treatment and support plans, and ensures that services align with best practices, regulatory standards, and organizational values.

Clinical Supervision & Leadership

• Provide individual and group supervision to HBTS/HBS and PASS staff
• Observe staff in the field on a regular basis to ensure quality service delivery
• Provide guidance in crisis and emergency situations
• Mentor and support staff in implementing effective, evidence-based interventions

Treatment Planning & Oversight

• Develop and oversee treatment plans and PASS plans, including goals and objectives
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes
• Train staff on proper implementation of treatment strategies and interventions
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination

Family & Community Engagement

• Maintain communication with families regarding services, progress, and available resources
• Provide education on agency policies, rights, and support systems
• Assist families with transition planning and service navigation
• Attend IEP meetings and external appointments as needed

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all required documentation and reporting is completed accurately and on time
• Communicate with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) regarding assigned cases
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
• Complete discharge planning and required documentation

Program Support & Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with program leadership to coordinate services and scheduling
• Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support staff in understanding and implementing organizational policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with program regulations

• Knowledge of community-based services and family systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and sound judgment

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education or a related field required
• Licensed professional required (e.g., LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, OT, PT, or SLP)
• 3–5 years of clinical experience working with children with special healthcare needs
• Valid Class C or Class D driver’s license
