Pay: $21.50

Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 for new hires

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• Lead and support classroom staff; provide coverage as needed

• Plan weekly curriculum using Creative Curriculum and complete child assessments

• Observe, document, and support children’s development

• Partner with families through daily communication and conferences

• Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and program policies

• Serve as Acting Director when needed

What We’re Looking For

• EEC Director I or II Certification – required

• 3–5 years of early childhood experience

• Bachelor’s degree in EEC or related field preferred

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills
