Now we’re looking for a Director of Residential Life to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our residential programs.

About This Opportunity: 

As Director of Residential Life, you’ll lead all aspects of our student residential programs — empowering staff, ensuring compliance, and creating a safe, engaging environment where every student can thrive. You’ll have the autonomy to innovate, collaborate, and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all residential programs, staff, and operations
• Align supports with each student’s IEP and individual life plan
• Partner with school leadership to create engaging after-school and weekend programming
• Build strong relationships with families and referral sources
• Ensure compliance and training standards with DCYF and CCLU
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to maintain safe, high-quality homes
• Monitor budgets, maintain records, and support continuous improvement across programs

What You Bring:

• Meets qualifications for residential staff as outlined by CCLU
• Bachelor’s in Human Services, Education, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years’ leadership experience managing teams and residential programs
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Meets CCLU qualifications for residential leadership
