Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead our Adult Day Health, Activities, and Supported Employment programs. This leadership role oversees daily operations, ensures program quality, and advances our mission to provide meaningful, person-centered supports for adults with developmental disabilities.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and supervise teams to deliver high-quality, innovative day and employment services.

• Oversee compliance, certification, and program licensing requirements.

• Manage budgets, contracts, and operational plans to ensure fiscal and program integrity.

• Collaborate with families, community partners, and state agencies to strengthen advocacy and service outcomes.

• Promote staff development, performance excellence, and a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• 5–10 years of progressive supervisory or management experience in human services, healthcare, or related fields.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration.

• Valid driver’s license required.
