Salary: $ 59,980.00 - $ 75,730.00

Sign on bonus: $10,000 to be paid out over 18 months

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
As our Art Teacher, you’ll design and implement an engaging visual arts curriculum aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and coordinate a dynamic art program for a diverse group of learners.

  • Create individualized, hands-on lesson plans that inspire and challenge students.

  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and materials to reach all learning styles.

  • Oversee art supplies, equipment, and resources—ensuring a vibrant, well-stocked creative space.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings to support our students’ overall success.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • B.A. in Art Education or related field (master’s preferred).

  • Valid Massachusetts Teaching License in Visual Arts.

  • Strong skills in curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, and classroom engagement.

  • A genuine passion for fostering creativity and supporting student growth.
