Seven Hills Pediatric Center is seeking a professional and welcoming Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact at our front desk. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations, managing communications, and supporting staff and visitors in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Pay: $21.62/hr.
Education & Experience:
Education: High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required
Experience: 1–3 years of related experience preferred
Certifications: CPR/First Aid preferred
Driver’s License: Standard Class C or D license required
Other Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred; experience in healthcare or higher education settings is a plus
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
