Clinician – Stetson School (Seven Hills Foundation Affiliate)

Salary Range: $64,160 – $79,160 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for Clinicians (limited time only!)

Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program in Barre, MA serving youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are currently hiring dedicated Clinicians to join our team.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility in work hours and the ability to work from home as needed

• Population: Youth ages 9–22 with complex trauma, problem sexual behaviors, and other high-risk behaviors

• Role: Provide individual and family therapy, treatment planning, and clinical oversight as part of a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling psychology, or marriage and family therapy. Licensed or license-eligible.

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

• Must successfully pass criminal background checks, including DCF abuse and neglect, sex offender registry, and federal fingerprinting.
