Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in a pediatric residential setting

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans using your clinical judgment

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, specialists, and families to meet the unique needs of each child

  • Manage chronic conditions and provide preventative and episodic care

  • Be a vital part of emergency response and advocate for the best care possible

  • Support training and mentoring initiatives for other staff

  • Participate in care planning meetings and help shape quality assurance efforts

Qualifications

  • A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts

  • Experienced in pediatric or developmental disability care (preferred)

  • A strong communicator with a heart for advocacy and family collaboration

  • Ready to contribute to a team that values integrity, flexibility, and excellence

Additional Details:

  • Requires 3–5 years of related nursing experience

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Participation in staff development, quality improvement, and care coordination is expected
