What You’ll Do:

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll help students build communication, independence, and confidence—skills that change lives in real and lasting ways.

You will:

• Support classroom learning, personal growth, and daily living skills.
• Implement IEP and behavior support plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Use creativity, patience, and compassion to engage students in meaningful activities.
• Track progress and celebrate every success — big or small.
• Provide personal care and hands-on support in a safe, nurturing environment.

What You Bring:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One of the following is required:
• Two or more years (3,000 hours) of verifiable experience working with children (or adults with disabilities in a residential care setting)
• Parent and caregiver of a child age 7 or older
• Any degree with at least 12 credits in education, psychology, human services, or a related field
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Comfort supporting individuals with significant needs; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
