At YOU Inc., we are on a mission to support and empower vulnerable youth through evidence-based, individualized care. As one of the most respected behavioral health and child welfare organizations in Massachusetts, we are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical and case management services within our DCF-contracted ER/IER residential programs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed, experienced clinician who is not only committed to trauma-informed, youth-centered services, but also eager to mentor staff, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure the highest standards of care.
As a vital member of our leadership team, the Clinical Coordinator oversees all clinical and case management activities within the residential program. You will be responsible for guiding a team of clinicians and case managers, ensuring youth receive timely, appropriate, and individualized services in alignment with state licensing and best-practice standards.
