Assistant Vice President of Adult Services

 

As the Assistant Vice President of Adult Services, you will lead the strategic direction, operational oversight, and quality assurance of adult service programs. This senior management role is critical in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and fiscally responsible services that align with our mission and values.

 

Pay: $100,000 - $103,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage adult service programs across Rhode Island.
  • Oversee program budgets, financial operations, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and mentor management teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities at organizational and state levels.
  • Monitor industry best practices and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement with families, staff, and community partners.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in a human services-related field.
  • Experience: 5–10 years of supervisory or management experience in human services.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, advocacy, and communication skills.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to a personal vehicle.
