Special Education Case Manager – SHNH (Crotched Mountain School)
Greenfield, NH | Full-Time | Exempt

Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 

Crotched Mountain School is seeking a dedicated Special Education Case Manager to join our team and make a lasting impact on students' lives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Principal to ensure high-quality, compliant special education services, from IEP oversight to agency coordination and classroom support.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development, implementation, and compliance of IEPs, triennials, and transition planning
• Act as liaison to school districts, area agencies, and vocational rehab services
• Monitor service delivery and coach teachers on special education practices
• Stay current on special ed law and best practices
• Help coordinate school-wide events like prom and graduation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Special Education (required)
• Valid NH Special Education Certification
• 3+ years’ experience in special ed classrooms or case management (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
