Seven Hills New Hampshire is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team serving children and young adults (up to age 22) with autism, neurodevelopmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and co-occurring psychiatric challenges in a residential and educational setting.

 

This is a rare opportunity to combine your expertise in trauma-informed care, mental health, and neurodevelopmental disabilities to guide a dynamic clinical program in a mission-driven organization.

 

About Crotched Mountain School:

Located in New Hampshire’s scenic Monadnock region, CMS is a residential and day program that empowers neuro-diverse students with essential life, social, behavioral, and academic skills for greater independence and quality of life. Our therapeutic campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, a library with breathtaking views, and much more!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and supervise a team of clinicians across residential and school programs
  • Oversee the development and delivery of assessments, interventions, and treatment plans
  • Provide direct consultation and/or maintain a small caseload
  • Train and coach staff in crisis prevention, trauma-informed care, and clinical best practices
  • Champion a person-centered, multidisciplinary vision for clinical services

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • A licensed clinician (LICSW, LCMHC, or Psychologist preferred) with 3+ years of independent clinical practice and leadership experience
  • Experienced in providing care and supervision for youth with complex developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral needs
  • Skilled in leading diverse teams and delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based services
  • Confident in managing clinical compliance and fostering collaboration across disciplines, families, and community stakeholders
