Support Excellence in Pediatric Care
Join Seven Hills Pediatric Center as a Unit Assistant, where you’ll provide vital non-clinical support to maintain the quality and safety of our facilities. This role is perfect for individuals committed to assisting the nursing staff and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain nursing units and resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Perform tasks such as making beds, changing linens, and putting away personal laundry.
  • Restock supplies in resident rooms and infection control closets.
  • Assist in transporting residents to and from day programming.
  • Complete resident clothing inventories and maintain tub/shower rooms.
  • Participate in annual mandatory in-service training and serve as a backup receptionist as needed (after training).

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree preferred. 

Licenses: Behavioral Health clinical licensed required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)

Experience: 1–3 years of related experience.

Commitment: Must be 18 years old, dedicated to completing a Massachusetts nursing assistant program, and obtaining CNA certification.
