New Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.92 per hour (based on experience)

Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers / Direct Support Professionals for all shifts.

 

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11pm - 9am - Awake Overnight

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overnight supervision and ensure student safety

  • Support students with routines, personal care, and daily readiness

  • Respond to behaviors using CPI techniques and promote pro-social skills

  • Conduct room checks, monitor well-being, and report concerns

  • Complete required documentation and maintain a safe, clean environment

  • Serve as a positive role model and collaborate with team members

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential, behavioral health, or human services setting
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible, rotating second-shift schedule
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment
  • Valid driver's license from state of residence.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US.
