Seven Hills Community Services is expanding its innovative home-based ABA program for adults—a model designed to bring dignity, independence, and behavioral stability directly into the homes and lives of clients.

Active RBT Certification
At least one year of ABA or behavioral services experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to client homes in the Worcester area
RBTs with at least one year of ABA experience (adult or child populations)
Professionals who are motivated by autonomy, long-term growth, and real-world application
Strong communicators able to build trust with adult clients, families, and teams
A commitment to person-centered care and dignity-driven behavioral support
This home-based ABA program launched last year and is now expanding due to its early success. You’ll work closely with a dedicated BCBA and clinical leadership to support adult clients in achieving meaningful goals across home and community settings.
