  • At least one year of ABA or behavioral services experience

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Willingness to travel to client homes in the Worcester area

What We're Looking For

  • RBTs with at least one year of ABA experience (adult or child populations)

  • Professionals who are motivated by autonomy, long-term growth, and real-world application

  • Strong communicators able to build trust with adult clients, families, and teams

  • A commitment to person-centered care and dignity-driven behavioral support

About the Program

This home-based ABA program launched last year and is now expanding due to its early success. You’ll work closely with a dedicated BCBA and clinical leadership to support adult clients in achieving meaningful goals across home and community settings.

This is Your Chance to Practice ABA Differently

If you’re ready to move beyond tradition and apply your skills in a setting where they truly change lives, we want to hear from you. Join a growing program redefining ABA for adult care—and help lead the way forward.
