The Worcester Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community-based hub offering critical supports to families navigating complex challenges. The FRC connects caregivers to the tools, services, and advocacy they need to thrive.
As a Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in assessing family needs, developing strength-based plans, and guiding trauma-informed interventions. You’ll provide both direct care and leadership to staff, ensuring that every family member receives the support they deserve.
Perform trauma-informed intakes, screenings, and assessments for families, with a focus on CRA-related cases
Complete the Modified CANS and other supplemental behavioral needs assessments
Develop and oversee individualized Family Support Plans
Provide clinical supervision and case management oversight to the Family Partner
Offer clinical consultation and support to FRC staff
Facilitate or co-facilitate parenting groups and therapeutic sessions as needed
Collaborate with schools, juvenile courts, and community partners to ensure coordinated care
Maintain timely documentation and support a culture of accountability, equity, and healing
While the clinician may serve all FRC-involved family members, CRA-related cases take priority
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field
Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed clinician
Acceptable licenses: LSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT
